Requirements
- Provide HR consultation and support to consumer business division
- Design and lead the execution of HR strategic plans for talent acquisition and employee retention
- Design and execute talent plans to improve work efficiency
- Identify training needs to ensure workforce capabilities meet business requirements
- Contribute to strategic and longterm goals including Strategic talent acquisition planning, Performance management, Succession planning, Training & Development, Leadership development, Organizational development and Employee relations and communication
Qualifications
- 8+ years of human resource experience
- Awareness of telecommunications, ICT, etc
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent Mandarin speaking
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland as an employee
