PMO in the Banking AreaTasks
• Manages the contracts of the external employees.
• Manages the Temenos contracts. Consolidates the status for the weekly meeting. P
• reparation of the management slides for all different boards (e.g. STC, ExB, BoD etc.).
• Tracks any open items. Document processes in ARIS. Manages the to-do list for the project.
• Defines and communicates Governance of the project.
• Tracks progress of the project (budget / actual / forecast, deadlines etc.).
• Manages the overall plan of the project.
• Escalates dependencies if not recognised.
• Supports team leads on any questions.
• Space and desk planning.
• Prepares weekly status reports.
• Supports the team in communication tasks.
• Checks and verifies the external invoices.
• Manages the Protime for the project (authorisations, task setup etc.).
• Keeps track of the project risk management.
Requirements
• 5+ years of Experience as a PMO.
• General Private Banking expertise would be preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. WBS, status reporting, progress tracking, budget/actual management, risk assessment etc.).
• Very good English, written and spoken, German is a plus.
