For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an enthusiastic

German speaking Production/Development Supporter in Client Tax Reporting (3414)

Our client is offering a challenging support role in the production and quality improvement of international tax products and a continuous build-up of know how regarding IT-based portfolio accounting and tax reporting for private clients. The successful candidate will be working in close cooperation with business and IT stakeholders in a challenging project environment.

Your qualifications:

-Basic knowledge of relational database management systems and relevant MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Access)
-Ability to develop and review SQL queries based on business specifications
-Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
-High quality consciousness
-Readiness to work independently, to cope with high workload and tight schedules
-Eagerness to learn, focused on the continuous improvement of existing data cleansing processes
-Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written)

The Role:

-Quality ensurance of tax-relevant client data, as delivered from the core banking system via automated feeder systems to a specialized client tax reporting application
-Review of client data based on business rules and system release notes
-Case-based problem analysis regarding complex data requirements and high data quality standards
-Development and implementation of manual or semi-automated data correction solutions, optimized for an XML-based upload interface
