For our customer, we would like to fill the following vacancy:Senior IT Project Manager for regulatory initiatives will be responsible for driving solution delivery of regulatory projects like PRIIPs in a complex environment with a large number of stakeholders and IT applications.
The PM will work closely with the head of regulatory initiatives, the business team and all the stakeholders to analyze project requirements, dependencies and create project plans.
The PM will co-ordinate with the IT team members( BAs, Architects, developers, test engineers) , IT project managers of several other IT supplier organizations, vendors and other project stakeholders to ensure the completion of project tasks and delivery as per project plan.
The PM will ensure compliance with bank SDF and all processes mandated for solution delivery in bank environment.
The PM will be responsible for scope, schedule, risk, communication and integration management of the project and ultimately the end to end delivery of the project.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management and solution delivery experience in large and complex financial services industry environments.
Excellent track record of delivering large software solution development projects as well projects consisting of work-streams involving co-ordination with several IT teams.
Experience of leading a team of multiple Business analysts, architects, developers, test engineers in onsite- offshore environment.
PMP and Agile methodologies knowledge is essential, certification will be an advantage.
Expertise in using tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, Enterprise Architect, HP QC and PowerPoint. Exposure and understanding of multiple technology stacks.
Knowledge of bank trading and distribution application landscape and experience of delivering large solutions/ programs in bank environment will be an advantage.
Knowledge of investment products, structured products, derivatives, trading and order management systems will be an advantage.
