Requirements Engineer (Banking)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English and German speaking Requirements Engineer. The successful candidate will drive project success. For this contract position based in Zurich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Achieves clear understanding of Business goals/needs within context of Business processes
- Elicits, analyzes, develops and validates Business requirements
- Challenges Business requirements during elicitation
- Translates Business requirements into standardized IT specifications
- Ensures common understanding between Business and IT
You must possess:
- 3 years as a Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer in banking
- Experience with working with onshore and offshore teams
- Work experience in Client Tax domain preferred
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
- Strong stakeholders management skills
- General IT (eg IT architecture concepts, IT processes) and Banking knowhow
- Experience with agile methodologies
