For a 5 months interim position at our banking client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for aFinancial Controller - Business Process Documentation & Controlling Tasks (3181)
Shared Services Finance is a global controlling function within the banks' CFO. The CRO Change Controller reports into the Risk Finance Business Partner, and provides finance process and analytics support to the CRO Change function. This role will be split into two parts, firstly your in-depth experience in financial process documentation will be needed, secondly your financial controlling background will allow the support the business as usual.
Required expertise:
- Accounting qualification (Professional Education or University)
- At least 3-5 years professional experience in accounting / finance role
- Experience with Finance Process Design / Documentation (manuals, checklists etc.)
- Strong Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent English (spoken and written), German is a strong plus
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business direction
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, compile and complete current and new process documenations
- Collaborate with CRO Change COO to calculate and upload monthly CRO Change expense forecast.
month end, accurals etc.
- Support CRO Change COO team performing key finance processes, such as budget transfers, cost transfers
- Perform analytics on CRO Change costs and transactions
