For a two months project with possible extension at our banking client in Zurich we are looking for aAdmin Clerk for Operations (3317)
In this position, you will mainly be responsible for all aspects of the account opening process with a lot of regulatory and market driven requirements in Operation. You will be part of a highly motivated and fast growing team interacting with different stakeholders. Your responsibilities can be described as follows:
- Ensure timely and accurate account opening and closing of bank street side accounts with agent banks in compliance with regulatory, local market and agent bank requirements
- Coordination between Agent Bank, RM’s and Network Managers to ensure required documents and other related formalities are obtained and completed
- Coordinate the update of accounts in internal systems and the configuring in Host databases
- Setup of new agent bank and transfer agent relationships in internal systems
- Manage the opening and closing of broker and certain technical accounts in internal systems
To fulfil these tasks successfully, you bring the following skillset:
- Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills
- Banking/financial services background – ideally (but not exclusively) in the area of Operations
- Analyzing of problems and work independently and proactively on solutions
- Good Banking Operations knowledge (Cash, Securities, etc.)
- Experience in liaising with agent banks and/or RM’s
- MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
