For a longer term project at our Banking client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for aSenior Business Project Manager – Global Software Solution Delivery (3299)
Our client is looking for a senior project manager for the deployment of the strategic Digital Private Banking IAM solution in order to provide an effective and secure environment for internal and external DPB users, aligned with today’s security requirements and standards. This solution is rolled out globally.
Your qualifications:
- Must have extensive experience working in large international companies with big budget projects in widely dispersed multi matrix environment
- Proven track record as Business Project Manager
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in global environment
- An excellent ability to work collaboratively and manage various stakeholders across cultures and locations in a global environment
- Very good knowledge of standard IT project methodologies (Agile or PMP Certification preferred)
- High-end communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of senior management exposure
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
Role:
- Business project lead within delivery projects following ILCM method (SCRUM)
- Plan, organize and coordinate the project team, milestones and activities in order to deliver the complete the scope in time
- Identify and monitor project risks; define and implement mitigating actions
- Contribute in solution development (e.g. elaboration of features, epics, user stories)
- Stakeholder management & presentations
- Plan, organize and execute the organizational deployment, incl. trainings and communication
- Identify users, organise and orchestrate trainings in various regions
- Fluent English (German is nice to have)
