For a contract to perm position with our industry client based in Zurich, we are looking for aProject Management Officer (PMO) - (3280)
As a PMO you will support several Project Manager in executing different projects. You will have an insight in Project Management while supporting actively different stakeholders. This position is ideal for people who like to work organized while having their own responsibilities.
As an ideal candidate, you bring the following qualifications:
-Graduate in economy or business administration or a similar academic background
-Fluent in English, German would be an asset
-Knowledge in SAP Soltution Manager and Fi/Co
-Excellent communication/presentation (oral and written) and report writing skills
-High degree of flexibility with a “can do” attitude
-Strong problem solving skills
-Solution oriented
-Good interpersonal and influencing skills as well as ability to manage conflict
-Experience of dealing with senior management
In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Budget controlling
-Project plan structuring, scheduling and levelling
-Check Milestones
-Care for Change Request
-Assistance in business case development and tracking
-Controlling of the team
