For a six months Project at our banking client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for a Hybrid role for an experiencedDelivery Manager / Business Analyst - Trading (3282)
Our client is offering a Hybrid role of a Delivery Manager and Business Analyst to act as the primary interface between IT and other senior stakeholders on the business side. You will support the global roll-out of an application and work with a 3rd party system in a small team with developers locally and an offshore test team.
Your qualifications:
• Degree at university level (preferably in IT or Banking)
• Knowledge of trading and financial instruments, including front to back processing
• 5+ years of experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
• Experience in banking or finance
• Strong communications and customer orientation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)
• Fluent written and spoken English, German is of advantage
• Knowledge of .Net IT projects would be helpful
• Experience in international projects with remote teams would be a plus
• Know-how of Lombard Loans would be an advantage
The role:
• Elicit, analyse, document and validate business requirements, conditions and priorities within an application development project
• Ensure that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear and detailed functional specifications
• Manage dependencies around the delivery of the solutions
• Support developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation
• Support the test team in testing activities, when necessary
• Provide clear project status communication to all stakeholders
