For our client in the banking industry in the Zurich area, we are looking for a HR Data Analyst – Workday Reporting and Workday Prism.Tasks
- Work on a team that’s committed to helping the organization to it’s people data to improve decision making processes and employee experience; we’re responsible for delivering end-to-end reporting, analytics and insight related to data from Workday HCM
- Work on and lead smaller and bigger data related projects like building self-service dashboards for operational reporting in Workday, source other data into Workday with Prism to enhance processes and analytics capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders in HR and other functions – eg. Finance, Business Transformation – and use people data to support fulfillment of people data related processes and projects
- Apply other business intelligence tools and technologies – Tableau, Tableau Prep, Python, and of course Excel – to provide insight on a wide range of people related topics
- Build reports to deliver data on ad hoc basis, as well as more dashboards and statistical models to support organization with getting insight into people and business topics
Requirements
- Skilled in Workday HCM Reporting and Workday Prism, with at least 3 years of prior experience
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to data, eg. Statistics, Econometrics, Business Management / Administration, Economics, Psychology
- Workday Pro Certificate (Reporting or Prism)
- Experienced in building self-service reporting / analytics solutions in Workday HCM, and familiar with necessary Workday security concepts
- Especially in the following functional modules
- Workday HCM Reporting and Analytics
- Workday Prism
- General data analytics skills
- Tableau
- Experienced in leveraging Workday Prism for data transformation, and sourcing external data into Workday
- Great MS Excel skills, and proficient with other data analytics / transformation / visualization tools - Tableau, Tableau Prep and Dataiku are preferred
- Work well with data, have conceptual and problem-solving skills, and you’re familiar with statistics and its application at work
- Read, understand, challenge, and interpret data to come up with meaningful conclusions and suggestions
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
