Description:
- Promoting the Dermatology portfolio through various channels and activities, both promotional and non-promotional
- Participating in national congresses to represent the company
- Working closely with the Franchise Lead to develop brand and launch plans, and ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Designing sales force product training materials
- Adopting an omnichannel approach across the Business Unit, using a mix of innovative and traditional channels
- Defining customer journeys in line with global guidelines
- Supporting marketing teams to identify omnichannel opportunities and develop a digital and social media strategy
- Identifying high-value customer groups and developing tailored personas for targeted marketing efforts
- Setting and tracking key performance indicators to measure the impact of the omnichannel approach.
Requirements:
- Recent Dermatology Marketing experience in an affiliate, at least 3 years
- Track record and strong knowledge of market issues and opportunities, and implementing successful and creative Marketing activities
- Excellent project management skills: ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at the same time
- At least 3 years of hands-on digital marketing implementation experience
- Experience with KPI setting and measuring and driving optimization of digital activities
- German and English language mandatory, French preferred
- Positive, engaged, and self-motivated individual with high level of accountability to deliver end-to-end complex projects
- Strong team player, able to work lead cross functional teams without authority, strong in building and maintaining relationships
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible, entrepreneurial thinking and ability to continuously innovate
