We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow Solution Architect & Lead
Engineer to strengthen the existing
ServiceNow team with upcoming
projects.
• The candidate will take over a leading
role in the design and implementation
of a new employee self-service portal
& agent workspace which will be built
on an existing ServiceNow solution
• The candidate needs to be able to
customize & develop independently
The job will contain but is not limited to
the following tasks:

PROFILE (EXTERN)
• Gather requirements from internal
stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into
stories for implementation
• Create and update design documents
• Design and implement new interfaces
if required
• Implementation of defined Stories
Required experience and skills • Multiyear experience with ServiceNow
in Engineering and/or Architect role
• Profound knowledge of customization
and implementation within
ServiceNow
Required trainings completed and
certificates/exams
• Implementation Specialist ITSM
Softskills • Team and customer oriented
• Communicative
• Takes over responsibility
Project Language: Englisch
