IT Project Manager (NGO) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- As the IT Project Manager, you will support the Business Project Managers and Application Owners with the realisation different project phases, from feasibility study to closure, via the following responsibilities listed bellow
- The focus of this position is with 2 specifics projects : Data Orchestration & missing persons Digital Matching (description of the projects can be display in a phone call). Our client is looking for a new technology oriented and experienced project manager with an open-minded mindset to support our project management team
- IT Scope, budget and planning management, in line with the organisation Project Management Framework
- IT risks and issues management; escalation management
- Creation, maintenance and monitoring of IT project schedule within MS Project Online
- Preparation and animation of IT project status meetings / Scrum meeting
- Align and provide coordinated and responses to business stakeholder
- Joint preparation and animation of Steering Committees in line with the Business Project Manager and IT Project Managers
- IT resource / capacity management & External supplier management
- Project’s descriptions provided above are the primary focus of this position and ae provided for context. Project Delivery team is primarily composed of generalist Project Managers as assignments on projects are subject to change. So functional expertise on the business areas and technologies involved in these projects is a plus but not the main expectation for the post
Main qualifications
- Experience managing complex IT projects
- Experience in both agile (a must) and waterfall project methodologies (ability to manage different streams in parallel)
- Proven experience in new technologies projects
- Experience leading external Partners
- Experience in facilitating interactive workshops and interviews with multidisciplinary team is a must
- Out of the box thinking abilities & Strong interpersonal skills
- IT University Degree (Uni, EPF, HEC) or equivalent qualification
- Proficient English speaker: fluency in French is an asset
- Project Management certifications (at least one of: Prince 2, PMI, Hermès)
- Scrum certifications (at least one of: Scrum Master, Product Owner)
