Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Maintains and builds relationships with customers and vendors in assigned geographic areas
- Acts as primary point of contact for assigned customers. Receives, analyzes and processes forecasts and orders
- Manages inventory and supplies and supports new product introductions
- Ensures delivery to end customers and develops processes to ensure delivery reliability
- Manage and proactively resolve delivery issues through effective coordination and communication working closely with planning teams, manufacturing facilities and customers
- Mitigate and prevent future delivery issues through thorough root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures
- Comply with all local regulations, policies and procedures
- Employees in this position work under medium work direction, are skilled and knowledgeable
Main qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related business concentration (Supply Chain, or equivalent)
- Experience in manufacturing in a pharmaceutical environment
- Broad understanding and knowledge of supply chain.
- SAP Material Master
- APICS CPIM or CSCMP certification is an advantage
- SAP R/3 and APO knowledge preferred
- Strong English communication skills written and verbally
- Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- MS Office experience (with strong Excel skills)
