For our client, a global bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Product Owner Proxy with focus CRM application.Tasks
- Product Owner Proxy with focus CRM application
- Manage team ceremonies in close collaboration with Scrum Master and Product Owner
- Align Product roadmap with CRM Product owner and G-CRM Program management
- Gatekeeper and triage of new requirements in close collaboration with Product Owner
- Manage and prioritise product backlog
- Convert requirements into agile artefacts (Epics, Features, Stories) with support of agile Team
- Elaboration of Epics, Features and stories for CRM application
- Leading implementation in agile Team in close collaboration with other ART scrum teams
- Support in PI-Planning preparation
- PI and sprint delivery in time, quality and budget
- Product rollout and support in product owner role
- Stakeholder Management with representatives from front office, compliance, legal, operations and IT
Requirements
- Proven track record in private banking environment and partner data applications (CRM, KYC, Workflows)
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking and finance
- 5 years of professional “change the bank” experience in the banking industry with strong delivery record
- 3 years of product owner experience in complex change organisations, incl. user journey specification and backlog prioritisation
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. SaFe), incl. product owner certification
- Strong knowledge of data mastering and logical data modelling methodologies
- Understanding of and experience using testing methodologies, especially functional testing and user acceptance testing incl. test automation
- Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
