Administrative Assistant (f/m/d) - admin /organizational / Google Suit / Agile / German

Project:
For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Administrative Assistant

Background:
Support the local Basel clinical operations PRED group.
The perfect candidate:
The perfect candidate has at least 5 years' experience in the administrative field or in a related background. Speaks Fluent English and is proficient in Google Suite. The person possesses an agile as well as a customer centric mindset, is capable to work independently as much as working in a team, and is tech savvy.
Tasks & Responsibilities:

A senior administrative professional who supports Clinical Operations. The main responsibilities include:
* A wide range of administrative duties, including schedule coordination, correspondence, telephone communication, information management
* Organizing individual and leadership team meetings F2F or virtual
* Handling calendars proactively
* Local and international business travel organization, including hotel bookings, ground transport, visa application, etc.
* Prioritizing conflicting needs and following through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressure
* Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in relationship with all stakeholders
* Handling travel expenses, purchasing and invoice requests
* Keeping team distribution lists and databases up to date.
* Coordinate events and engagements.

Must Haves:
  • Completed degree or education in administration or a related field
    * Min. 5 years' experience in admin or a related field
    * Experience in working in diverse and complex organizational cultures and structures, you are embracing the concept of constantly adapting to support Roche's 10 year ambition
    * Strong Google Suite skills
    * Great verbal and written communication skills - fluency in English is a requirement
    * Proficiency with technology applications and enjoy exploring new digital tools
    * Excellent organizational and logistical skills
    * Capable of Independent and team work
    * Problem solving, critical thinking and tactical execution skills
    Nice to Have:
    * Fluency in German
    * Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility)
    * Customer Centric Mindset - outcome focused
    * A creative and growth mindset
    * Proactive, takes initiative, can-do mindset
    * Comfortable in giving and receiving feedback
