Ads Consultant/Product Manager vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your tasks:
- Being responsible for owning SLA end to end partner and advertiser on boarding and reactive support
- Consulting customers, helping them implement technical solutions for campaign management and conversion tracking
- Developing workflows and managing daily support along with reporting success metrics to help evaluate the efficiency of implemented solutions
- Troubleshooting any issues and providing actionable recommendations to the advertisers and partners
- Documenting advertiser and partner feedback to share internally with Product and Engineering teams
- Coming-up with creative ideas to address identified gaps and influencing relevant stakeholders for implementing proposed solutions
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of work experience in online advertising or product management specializing in a role supporting teams, customers, partners or program management
- 3+ years of expertise in an external or internal customer facing support role
- Proficiency in working with internet products and technologies
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German conversational

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and influencing stakeholders
