IT Business Analyst (NGO) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities : Product Management (multiple interconnected products), Business Analysis, Product Owner support and Agile Coaching
- On the Product Management part, you will drive the definition of expected business benefits for the EPICS and the way to measure them, and drive the prioritization of the EPICS with the stakeholders and communicate and explain the products purpose and vision
- You will also insure functional coherence between the different products, and ensure the feedback from the users is collected, curated and prioritized
- On the Business Analysis part, you will perform strategic and high-level analysis and design to prepare and refine the EPICS & FEATURES coming later in the roadmap
- Moreover, you will have to coordinate and take part in the analysis and design (including concept model and preliminary wireframes when relevant)
- You will collaborate with the UX team on the design of new features, and participate when needed in estimation and planning with the DEV team
- You will also analyze dependencies with other systems and projects and identify the impact
- On the Product Owner support part, you will be in charge of backlog grooming and prioritization, of the definition / review of the specifications / acceptance criteria and associated data and user interface design, of reviewing of the test cases of testing the solution and analyzing / logging defects, and of the interactions with the development team
- On the Agile Coaching part, you will coach the Product Owner and the functional-UX-UI team to ensure an agile and incremental approach to the design process and specifications, educate the stakeholders about the iterative and incremental approach, and help in introspecting the internal processes of the team and improving its ways of working
- Deliverables : Design approaches and roadmaps, As-is problem & needs analysis, Business requirements document, Backlog items (epics, features, PBIs), Specifications, Defects documentation, Concept models, Business diagrams
Main qualifications
- Experiences of Business Analysis
- Experience in agile project management is a must have, with past positions like Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner for example
- Proven capacity to work in an international environment (English speaking teams), multi-cultural and multi-location teams
- Profound knowledge of Technology and Business
- Experience with strategic business analysis in transformation projects / programmes
- Experience in BPM (Business Process Management) for modelling, improvement and for support to the specification of solutions; Experience on Business Process Modelling BPMN 2.0 an asset
- Experience in consulting role and/or Enterprise architecture is an asset and MS TFS or AzureDevops experience would be an asset
- Advanced university degree preferably in business administration and/or IT, specialised training in performance management an asset
- Business analysis certification (e. g. CCBA, CBAP) and Agile certification (Product Owner, Scrum Master) is a strong asset and experience in Agile methodologies is preferred
- Profound communication skills in English and French
