For an international client in the FMCG sector we are looking for multiple Business Analysts to join the team for several long-term projects.The Task:
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and create initiatives that support the business
- Identify and effectively articulate the need for change in how the organization works and facilitate accordingly
- Work with the development team to identify and define the solutions to complex business problems that will maximize the value delivered to stakeholders.
- Use a thorough comprehension of complex internal or external business issues to analyze the organization or business domain and document business, data, processes or systems and provide an assessment of the business model and the integration with technology. Knowledge of domain-driven design is a plus
- Convey requirements in such a way that complex details can be transmitted to other practices using means of documentation such as wiki entries, diagram and backlog items.
- Interact with developers team and their backlog in collaborating in the write up of user stories, detail the value added for a given feature, clarify the acceptance criteria so that test can be written from and facilitate grooming sessions to finesse the understanding of the request.
- Guide the business through unknown or unmapped territory to advance to the desired destination as the liaison to cross functional, regional and global solutions delivery teams.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organization to collect information about an organization's operations to improve systems and processes, research business processes, analyze the potential impact and create and effectively communicate recommendations for the leadership team.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 year of related work experience
- Strong collaboration experience with development teams to identify and define solutions to moderately complex business problems that will maximize the value delivered to stakeholders.
- Agile framework (Kanban, Scrum, Extreme programming) experience to maintain user requirements and acceptance criteria. Experience in the various Agile ceremonies to bring a feature from ideation to implementation (3 amigos, grooming, reviews)
- DevOps working framework with robust testing experience
