Senior Test Manager - Insurance / IFRS - this is a long term project opportunity for an experienced Test Manager to join our Zurich based client in the Financial Services sector.Your tasks:
- Creating test plans and testing cycles within the company's product area and aligning them with other teams and product areas
- Communicating test plans across the squads and ensuring corresponding test execution
- Keeping track of the current test cycle status, identifying issues, dependencies and potential customer concerns
- Working closely with the Test Managers from other Product Areas as part of End-to-end test management team within programme Olympus, ensuring to facilitate cross product area test phases
- Driving testing standards, testing automation and consistency across the Product Area
- Ensuring each squad follows the different level of testing stages, within a Product Area
Your experience/knowledge:
- 8+ years of work experience in finance and large transformation projects
- Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting
- Expertise in the agile way working and DevOps software development
- Affinity for communicating and implementing testing standards across the teams
- Knowhow of IT test environment set up, processes and release management
- Fluent English skills, verbally and written
