Call Center Consultant (German Speaker) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- For one of our major telecom clients, we are looking for a call center consultant to handle first level queries, as well as the responsibilities listed below
- Manage the requests coming from the hotline (1st level, no technical knowledge needed) as well as other tasks to ensure the smooth commissioning of our customers' products
- Process the user orders, manage the porting of landline and mobile numbers and ensure that the commissioning is carried out on time
- Handle all processes related to the fulfillment of fixed and mobile telephony
- Be an active element in the implementation of improvement measures to increase internal productivity and/or customer experience
Main qualifications
- Experience required in a customer contact/support/consulting position (e.g. sales, office, commercial, back-office, call center or similar)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Interest in new technologies
- Organization, autonomy and good resistance to stress
- C1 level in German required (French would be a great asset)
