Business Analyst IT - Accounting SQL - this is a long term contract opportunity requiring profound Accounting and SQL knowledge for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Participating in the Subledger operations team, with colleagues based in EU and Offshore Teams
- Assuring compliance with the closing calendar for the non-standard entities, with E2E accountability
- Supervising data entry and validation
- Validating the cashflow generation in the application logic working on microservices architecture
- Being responsible for the validation of Subledger postings for accounting standard on the newly build SAP FPSL Solution
Your experience/knowledge:
- Practical experience with SQL along with expertise in analyzing and assigning data errors
- Well-versed with triaging the system errors or business incidents to correct squads where the problem initiated
- Familiarity with working in the operations
- A thorough understanding of Azure Data Factory and PySpark or Databricks would be an advantage
Your soft skills:
- Team player with the ability to work with multiple product squads
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
