- Develops the agile team’s way of working across Empowerment, Transparency, Collaboration and Discipline
- Cares deeply about the team supporting their growth and evolution into a high performing unit
- Coach and support their Agile team members to grow and succeed
Requirements
- Experience with project delivery methodology
- Knowledge in agile methodology & framework
- Ability to visualise
- Experience in Training & Workshop management
- Know-How in Stakeholder Management
- Scrum Master certification (SAFe preferred)
- Very good English skills, goof knowledge of German
