Job title - Performance Marketing ManagerLocation - Zurich
Rate - 400
Job Type - Contract - 12 months with possible extensions
Main tasks:
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Manage paid display/social media advertising campaigns (partly through our agencies)
- Coordinate asset creation and media planning together with agencies
- Manage ad copy and social / display creatives
- Ensure correct tracking with agencies (FB events and floodlights)
- Take responsibilities for the defined project KPI's
- Manage deadlines and budget (ad spend)
- Manage/build campaign landing pages
- Work in close cooperation with MarCom team, Product Management and Agencies
- Analyze and optimize campaigns, audiences, ROAS and revenue performance
- Recommend best practices to improve digital campaigns and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in (digital) marketing and/or communications
- 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in international companies or marketing agencies
- Experience with AdWords, display/ social media advertising, Google Analytics, GMP) and Meta
- Experience in managing and closely working with advertising agencies
- A firm understanding of online marketing tactics, website analytics, dashboard management and KPI management
- Knowledge of CMS (ideally Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus.
- Ability to set goals and accomplish them within given timeframes
