Senior Scrum Master - SAFe, JIRA, Confluence, Basel, German speakingSource Technology are partnered with a leading Insurance company in Basel who are looking to hire a Senior Scrum Master on a long term contract. You will be supporting a company wide Agile Transformation going live at the end of the year. This role offers 50% remote
Role
- Coach and organize agile teams around values ??and mindset
- Optimize agile processes
- Promoting self-organization, teamwork , exchange and knowledge transfer
- Supporting product owners and product managers in achieving team objectives
- Help to identify, address and resolve conflicts
- Ensuring team development and that of each individual, including feedback
Requirements
- Certified (SAFe) Scrum Master
- At least 4 years' years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Agile mindset and support with methods, rules and quality standards - always with a view to the requirements of the IFRS17/9 and Fit program.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban or Less - as well as tools like JIRA, Confluence and Miro
