Marketing Manager vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Driving financial planning as well as executing business analysis with the company's stakeholders
- Reviewing business requirements, rules and approvals, performing system maintenance and enhancements
- Conducting deployment, training, and associated communications as part of rollouts of new enhancements and onboarding of new users
- Shaping the long-term direction of the marketing area and its tool landscape to build positive relationships with multiple areas in the company
- Participating in special projects and business management topics which will enrich the experience and widen the exposure with internal stakeholders
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of work experience in a technology project and change management role
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, preferably in the finance applications space
- Ability to bring together technical understanding and change management background with the financial demands
- Adept at strategic thinking, capable to elaborate concepts, translate strategy and plans into actionable steps
- Strong analytical skills, able to understand topics from multiple angles with strong delivery results

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and influence across all levels
