Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- You recruit the best talents for technical and specialist roles for the Swiss location
- You advise managers of various seniority levels in a value-added and proactive manner on all recruitment-related topics
- You assume end-to-end ownership of a defined topic and proactively help to implement strategic recruitment measures (D&I, active sourcing, pooling, onboarding)
- You maintain relationships with internal (managers, employees, HR interfaces, legal & compliance, marketing & communication) as well as external stakeholders (applicants, recruitment agencies, third-party providers)
Main qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor or Master), relevant professional experience in the recruitment environment of a large company
- Proven ability to advise executives up to management level end-to-end and to drive issues forward across divisions
- Strong conceptual skills, experience in project collaboration paired with strategic thinking; straightforward, humorous and empathetic
- Integre team player personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Business fluent in German, conversational English (B2-C2)
- High IT affinity (Success Factors Recruiting, LinkedIn, HR SAP, MS Office 365, Outlook)
