Job title: Project Manager

Location: 50% onsite in Zurich, 50% remote

Job type: 6 month contract

Rate: CHF per day

My client is in search for a Project Manager to join their Visual Analytics Lab team of 50+ people. This 50% onsite in Zurich, 50% remote role, for a 6 month contract paying CHF per day.

We need someone who have lived in Switzerland for 6 years+ due to the enhanced screening process.

You will be interacting with systems and people around the globe and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity against tight deadlines, being able to manage stakeholders with different personalities.

Responsibilities:

• Taking part in the delivery of global projects
• Working closely with business partners across multiple business areas to understand project initiatives, the requirements and to support the roll-out of projects
• Managing projects end2end, potentially from the initial concept to the final realization and roll-out to global end users
• Business analysis, preparation of communication decks/presentations, process re-engineering and partner management.
• Communicating with various stakeholders, including data engineers, end users, project sponsors, developers.
• Coordinating access management to various systems (data lake, BI/reporting portals, etc.) and legal approvals.
• Scrum Master role
• Management of offshore Tableau developers in Pune, IN.
• Delivering security logic for accessing Tableau dashboards

Requirements:

• A proven track record in project management, change management, systems development, process re-engineering - +3 years of experience
• Strong communication and partner skills
• Experience collaborating, negotiating and building relationships on all hierarchical levels
• High flexibility and attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple challenging assignments
• Integrity, responsibility and confidentiality required for dealing with sensitive data.
