We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients based in Basel-Landschaft Canton for a Head of Sales.. This role is on a contracting basis & our client is looking for candidates available immediately or at very short notice..
Your Role:
- Lead of sales team of 5 people.
- Build a sales strategy & roadmap & influence Marketing & Product strategy.
- Drive sales activities ensuring a customer-focused approach.
- Establish strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities & manage the required changes together with the Head of Product Management to optimize the Product portfolio.
- Oversee the pricing of products.
- Support the development of digital sales, cross-selling & up-selling.
Your Skills:
- At least 10+ years of experience in the fields of Sales & Marketing.
- Strong experience in the Industrial Sector, ideally including experience in Process Automation Technologies & System Solutions.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Leading Sales Teams.
Your Profile:
- Completed relevant University degree.
- Highly proficient expertise in building networks & strong long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial & results-oriented.
- Available immediately or at very short notice.
- Fluent English (spoken & written), German language skills are considered very advantageous.
