Change Manager SAP (NGO) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- As a Change Management support consultant, you will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management deliverables, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, change impact, readiness analysis, coaching, resistance management, and change reinforcement
- You will play a key role as part of the team and works with project managers, SMEs, and leaders to implement change management best practices and consulting methods and will be focused on leading the people side of change
- As part of the project team, develop and execute change management plans to increase adoption of a business change, including changes to processes, technology, tools, policies, and roles
- SAP modules impacted will be SAP Materials Management with Services & Materials procurement, SAP Funds Management and SAP Financials and the below list of high-level SAP activities : Implementation of SAP Lean services functionality, procurement process and moving to the New Lean Materials procurement process for Services, conversion of Open PR, PO historical data to SAP Lean services, creation of SAP access for users as per the Lean services transactions and apps, etc.. new Lean Services functionality. SAP Funds ManagementUnderstand the impact on the various stakeholders in the organization
- Drive effective end-user and business communications
- Drive effective training strategy on the change
- Responsible for tracking successful training and adoptions
Main qualifications
- Certification or equivalent in change management is required (Prosci or CCMP certified is preferred)
- Certification or equivalent in project management is preferred
- Profound experience in change management (experience working with Office365 and SAP, experience working on an SAP change project, experience working with on the Agile methodology)
- Basic knowledge of SAP (terminology, modules, etc.)
- Ability to analyse situations and people impacts, formulate recommendations, and drive implementation. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools for reporting purposes
- Hands-on experience with a variety of technologies – a self-starter with new technologies & experience working with remote, cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Communications : Ability to translate technical /project communications in a positive, benefit-oriented and user-friendly way, treating all individuals with fairness and respect & show great drive and commitment to the organisation’s mission; inspire others
- People Orientation: Natural facility to meet with new people and groups, focus on people first, understand people feeling and needs
- English is mandatory & would would be a plus
