Technical Program Manager vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technology sector.Your tasks:
- Being responsible for end to end program and project management
- Fostering stakeholder alignment and execution through collaboration with Product and Engineering leads
- Analysing risks and dependencies, forwarding them to project stakeholders as well as proposing solutions
- Aiding the team via OKR planning and prioritization while also defining processes that enable the team to work efficiently and achieve alignment
- Keeping the team and stakeholders up to date via artefacts, emails and chairing effective meetings
Your experience/knowledge:
- 6+ years of demonstrated work performance with project management processes and tools
- Expertise in overseeing projects across multiple organisations, teams and geographical areas
- Strong understanding of strategy alignment and prioritization to achieve goals
- Familiarity with ML, software engineering projects and the product software development life cycle would be an advantage
Your soft skills:
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
