Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Material Movement & Logistics Support
- Goods Issue/Receipt for inbound and/or outbound materials
- Arrange / Confirm/ Track Shipment & documentation
- Manage and resolve issues/delays with shipment
- Manage shipments of samples
- Tracking of stability samples in reporting systems•
- Physical inventory cycle count, where applicableo Inventory
- Reconciliation and Inventory of Questionable Value processes
- Performs activities in an accurate and timely manner to drive
- Delivery performance, such as ICSL and IOTIF
- Executes processes in a manner that proactively identifies, mitigates, manages
Main qualifications
- University degree. APICS Certification highly desirable
- First experience in commercial/business and/or manufacturing/ operations.
- Experience with Logistics support/coordination. Nice to have: managed road, air and ocean shipments as well as import/export.
- Ideally: Experience with SAP
- Good communication skills as we deal with external partners
- Fluent English a must (written and spoken)
- Project management experience is a nice to have
