- Experience in prepaqrative protein purificaiton technologies
- Knowledge of the application of advanced quality tools such as Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA), SPC, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
- Planning, execution and evaluation of experimental laboratory work
- Protein purification process development and improvement
- Development of scale down models
- Evaluation of new technologies
- Statistical data evaluation
- Team work oriented mindset
- Good communication skills
Main qualifications
- Master degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Chemistry
- Protein purification
- DoE, Statistics experience
- Process simulations/modellin
- Work experience in an industrial environment
- Open mindset
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
