Main tasks:
- Supports the execution of digital brand activities aligned to the digital strategy in close collaboration with the Digital Engagement Lead and the relevant members of the business
- Proactively shares new ideas how to improve digital projects and supports the acceleration of the company’s overall digital journey by acting as a digital advocate
- Assists the analysis of key performance indicators and helps sharing the findings across teams
- Acts as a first contact point for sales force for questions related to the handling of digital projects and channels
- Creation and coordination of impactful email campaigns and sales force triggered email
- Creation of digital assets (websites, banners etc.) in collaboration with the vendors and teams
Main qualifications
- Experience in managing projects
- Experience in (digital) marketing
- Supporting teams/people across all levels of the organisation
- Good understanding of the Swiss healthcare environment
- Knowledge of HTML, E-Mail Marketing, AEM, Digital Media and Social Marketing, Power BI, CMS and CAS Systems, CRM
- Omni-channel strategy
- Fluent in English, German is a Plus
