Business Analyst vacancy requiring profound UX knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Interpreting the market, external and internal company data as well as identifying potentials and creating forecasts
- Collaborating with internal specialists and stakeholders while also supporting the Product Manager in project management and controlling
- Analysing customer requirements with active development of architecture and solution specialists
- Defining and documenting solutions with an end-to-end view plus testing acceptance criteria for new functionalities
- Transforming business requirements into IT requirements by creating user stories
Your experience/knowledge:
- 2+ years of practical experience as a business analyst preferably in the insurance sector
- Competency of building great products and solving customer and business problems in cooperation with a team
- Expertise in living and home products and services, especially in the digital insurer context is an advantage
- English, fluent in written and spoken; Advanced German skills would be a plus

- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities along with strong communications skills
- Customer-first mindset and a can-do mentality plus stakeholder management talent
