The Client is working passionately to prevent, treat, cure and stop some of the most devastating and complex diseases of our time. At this Location, about 350 people of over 20 nationalities work together with the organization and partners on the development, manufacturing and analytical testing of novel vaccines and bacteria-based pharmaceutical products and therapies.
In order to advance the further development of the department, the team is looking for a Project Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate with business clients and internal teams to determine appropriate solutions and deliver on multiple large-scale projects
- Partner with technical leads and clients to support the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for a growing client base
- Work collaboratively with business users to define the needs and design solutions that add value
- Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities
- Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment §
- Document MES configuration and validation of EBRs
- Design, author, develop and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Science, or relatable technical degree
- 3 - 5 years MES experience, gained in Life Sciences manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines and of software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies required
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- PAS|X, Syncade, PharmaSuite, XFP, POMS, Camstar or other life sciences compatible MES solutions
- Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and evidence of success working in a collaborative life sciences, biopharma or biotechnology environment
- Strong leadership skills, Ensure the project is running on time and to budget
- Dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary
- Ensure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits
- Looking at the risks involved in a particular project and managing these
- Motivating the team of people involved in the project
- Language: English is a must, German preferably
