Beschreibung

We are looking for a German-speaking costumer support-Specialist, who is interested in a long-term cooperation.

Areas of responsibility:
- Project management with responsibility for timing, quality and budgets
- Organization and processing of current orders
- Identifying project risks and initiating countermeasures
- Access to our freelancer pool and transfer/control of all relevant project information, preparation of briefings
- Multi-channel communication with preferably German speaking customers

Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken German (C2 level, business fluent)
- Communication & negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- Understanding of business processes
- Independent working style, initiative and solution-oriented thinking
- Open-minded nature and joy in dealing with customers
- Interest in scientific work and academic topics
- Good English language skills are an advantage
- Profound IT knowledge
