Your Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology with 5 or more years of experience
- Experience in the insurance sector
- Ability to develop and explain concepts to various stakeholder
- Confidence with the current .NET stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, document databases, Azure AKS)
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborative and team focused mindset and with the ability to build rapport and working relationships across the organization
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and conditions by prioritization and managing timelines
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with a conscientious and structured approach
- Working experience in agile project methodologies
Your Tasks
- Be responsible to design and support further development of an existing platform
- Take the technical lead external development teams (including external application architects) from kick-off to roll-out and closely cooperate with the business analysts and the project manager
- Ensure that internal IT security standards are adhered to within architectural design documents
- Ensure solution-related quality, performance, availability, scalability, integrity and compliance with overall enterprise principles, policies, and standards.
- Support 2nd and 3rd level support if required
- Help the business analysts and the development team to work collectively towards an efficient solution
