External Workforce Management Lead (German) vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for Regional MSP Oversight plus collaborating with the Switzerland Regional MSP teams
- Providing oversight and support to onsite Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements
- Tracking Key Performance Indicator results, pertaining to the Contractor life cycle, from Sourcing and On-boarding, Contract Extensions, Rate Management and Off-boarding
- Addressing customer concerns and problem-solving opportunities on various topics as well as assisting in the correct classification of contingent staff
- Cooperating with Global counterparts to ensure utilization of team proprietary analytical and measurement tools based on data and insight
- Managing supply chain optimization activities while also providing analytical support to regional teams in delivering program metrics to Executive Leadership
Your experience/knowledge:
- 8 + years of professional experience working within a high volume, high demand recruitment or contractor/outsourcing environment
- A thorough understanding of Swiss legal and regulatory requirements regarding contingent workers like co-employment risk, background screening and on-boarding
- Well-versed with building positive relationships and partnering with global teams at all levels of the company including senior management
- Ability to deliver highly sophisticated MS Excel and PowerPoint presentations both on a scheduled and ad hoc basis under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with working effectively across divisional lines in a complex and fast paced organization
- English, fluent in written and spoken; Advanced German skills
