Italian speaking PMO (Regulatory - Private Banking)

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Italian speaking Senior PMO with very good understanding of Regulations in Private Banking within Italian Financial Market.
Overview of the project:
- Our client is embarking on a multi-year initiative to transform the onboarding process by introducing a fully integrated mobile application-based solution that incorporates both logical access as well as building access.
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to not only work to define the detailed requirements for the solution but will also have the opportunity to be involved in other cloud-based initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Project Design: Define overall program design and governance structure that it is standardized and aligned across all projects ( eg standard reporting template, define timelines, key milestones, deliverables, adherence of projects to timeline, mandate and budget) in close collaboration with project leaders and managers
- Provide day to day coordination and oversight of the projects and status
- Control over budget usage, project progress and development, adherence to overall timeline
- Control over adherence to project mandate and report deviations
- Ensure relevant info is shared across the projects to ensure minimal friction and alignment within the big picture
- Support projects in problem solving in case of any issues ( ie resources, timeline, dependency from other projects, shift in focus due to changes occurring throughout the projects)
- Run and prepare meeting cadence ( eg project leaders/PMO, PMO team meetings to support reporting structure)
- Support PM in representation at STC level of different projects
- Challenge content and targets delivered by different projects streams
- Bring in out-side in topic expertise
- Collate and manage cross-project dependencies, issues and risks
- Track and monitor progress
Skills:
- Strong experience as PMO and/or Project Management for large and complex market strategy reviews & implementation
- Knowledge of the EU financial market & regulations (PB)
- Very good understanding of Italian Regulatory Requirements (ideally with experience in Italian market)
- Good understanding of cross border rules and regulations
- Stakeholder Management & Coordination Skills
- Conceptual skills, in the position to work independently and challenge content - Preparation of high-quality ppt presentations/documents
- Fluency in English and Italian
