Key Account Manager Cardiovascular Region Central (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • In this role you will be responsible for all commercial, customer related activities in the field of Heart Failure and Acute Coronary Syndrom in your region, including promotional brand activities, product related physician and healthcare professional education and regional stakeholder relationship management
  • You will coordinate the activities with and for the key customers of the region within and across a cross-functional team, integrating input from Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Sales Force Leadership
  • Acquiring and leveraging a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Visiting hospital and office based Cardiologist
  • Understand collaborative HCP networks and become a trusted partner and advisor
  • Expand existing and develop new relationships with key customers by continuously offering solutions that meet their needs and objectives
  • Utilize marketing and medical assets and campaigns for your customer engagement plans in digital and F2F communication
  • Capture and analyse local and regional needs and collaborate with other field functions and in-office colleagues to develop and offer suitable solutions and information materials
  • Work in close co-operation with the regional and national sales team to support therapy area business objectives and facilitate account centred planning and implementation of tactics
  • Develop ideas in co-operation with customers and execute customer facing projects that add-value to patient care and improve treatment pathways
  • In this role you will be field based with strong ties to Field Force Leadership and in office support functions


Main qualifications
  • You live and breathe customer service and patient orientation and are able to orchestrate your activities across multiple channels based on customer preference and business needs
  • You are a doer and leverage deep customer and patient insights to ensure our patient centric approach
  • You are able to integrate business insights and numbers from excel sheets together with your intuition and customer knowledge into winning strategies and tactics
  • Demonstrated pharma sales experience
  • Demonstrated Patient Centricity in keeping the patient at the forefront of every interaction
  • Good knowledge of Hospital Landscape in the Region (LU;BE;BS)
  • Prior therapy area experience desired (cardiovascular)
  • Existing Cardiologist network, especially clinical cardiologist desired
  • Good strategic and analytical skills (strategic account management) as well as strong project management skills
  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork capabilities and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ambitions being on the driver seat
  • Open mindset and using new approaches to support business growth (e.g. virtual interactions, usage of all digital channels)
  • Fluency in German and capable to communicate in English
