Scrum Coach - SAFe vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Being responsible for empowerment and enablement of the team members in terms of agile way of working using Scrum and SAFe
- Coaching of the Product Owners
- Ensuring the correct implementation of agile practices and values
- Interacting with stakeholders outside of the platform team
- Sparring with the team lead on required changes in the team environment
Your experience/knowledge:
- Work experience in Scrum Mastery in complex environments, ideally using scaling framework
- PSM II/III, SAFe Scrum Master or PPO trainings or qualifications
- Technical background is desired
