Global Project Coordinator ERP - Trello, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, GSuite
Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a Global Project Coordinator ERP.

The perfect candidate: We are looking for an experienced project coordinator who will, in close contact with our senior projects managers, help to deliver key IT projects to our customers in within defined time,
scope and budget.
Areas of responsibility:
* Plan and control project resources and activities
* Gather support information used for prioritizing project activities
* Organize and track assigned project tasks and activities per the project plan
* Identify, document and ensure analysis of change requests throughout project life cycle
* Communicate project status and activity updates to stakeholders
* Tracking and reporting of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions (RAID)
* Identify, document and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategy in collaboration with sponsors, stakeholders and solution owners
* Prepare and/or collaborate on multiple project management deliverables like Matrix, Test Report, Training Plan, Deployment Plan, Operational Support Plan
* Management of project document repositories (gDrive, Veeva QualityDocs)
* Support meetings and workshops (facilitation, meeting minutes, organization)
* Project administration (onboarding of new team members, access management to document repositories, maintain org chart and contact list etc.)
* Familiar with Project Management Methodology (PMM) and ensure project deliverable completion to meet validation requirements
* Coordination of specific activities as needed (ie application testing, deployment)
Professional and technical requirements:
* Bachelor degree (eg in Project Administration/Management) or equivalent education or experience
* Min. 3+ years' experience as project coordinator or any similar role in an global project environment in an multinational providing company (preferred in the pharmaceutical industry)
* Proven experience in delivering project in regulated or validated environments (GxP and CSV solutions)
* Experience working in comprehensive project management methodology (eg PMBOK) and Agile experience
* Experience using tools for project scheduling (eg Trello, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, GSuite)
* Basic understanding of IT manufacturing or supply chain functions (understanding of end to end process to be able to discuss topics with business)
* Business fluency in English is a must
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in collaborating with an multiple IT- and Business stakeholder groups
* Ability to listen carefully to direction and then work independently to get tasks done
* Team Player and flexible to cover different time zones globally
* Structured approach, problem-solving, attention to details, self-directed, analytical skills
* Strong desire and ability to lead, plan, coordinate, manage, facilitate and enable
Nice to Haves:
* Pharma experience
* Hands-on experience with SAP ERP Logistics modules
* Experience in multi-site deployment projects
* German is a plus
