One of the our client is in need of Interim Head Digital Service Delivery (m/w/x). For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Maternity Cover
  • Management of the Digital Services teams covering run and change activities
  • Service delivery for PBS digital portal solutions based on Backbase for migrated clients
  • Service delivery for PBS digital portal solutions based on Crealogix for clients still subject to migration
  • Finalise, expand and stabilise the go-forward support organisation
  • Responsible for maintaining the legacy online-banking platform (Crealogix), including required updates, mainly mandatory (security/platform lifecycle) changes
  • Transition into in-house development from a current fully sourced development, incl. infrastructure setup, security & collaboration aspects, squad alignments, as well as capability training & development
  • Works with key business stakeholders regarding ongoing topics and issues


Must Haves
  • Thorough knowledge of digital banking platform, preferably in digital platform products and related technologies, of advantage Backbase, Crealogix, Avaloq
  • Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritise and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team and with third party solution suppliers based on (hybrid-) agile methods, to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Experienced in working with C-level stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial and pragmatic in approach
  • Political savvy and strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • As digital platform owner/architect or equivalent work experience for a major consultancy or similar technology department within a banking environment
  • Experience setting up combined in-house/sourced platform development capability
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multinational and geographically dispersed teams
  • Proven record of delivering business value from Information Technology
  • A minimum of four years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or other hands on leadership role ideally for a major consultancy or system integrator
