Main tasks:
  • Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team in their delivery following the Scrum pillars
  • Providing support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example
  • Training, guiding, coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers  
  • Guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Development team on how to get the most of self-organization
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
  • Promoting the development of high-performance teams via team self-management, commitment and focus protecting the team from external disturbances
  • Understanding product objectives to define the appropriate engagement model with the Product Owner and lead the initial setup
  • Proactively supporting the Product Owner to manage product risks, establishing effective controls and driving mitigation actions
  • Tracking key products metrics ensuring compliance to quality standards for project deliverables
  • Ensure team integration via fostering a DevOps approach and ensuring alignment with Service Management and supporting ramp-up of operational model


Main qualifications
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science and/or Business Management
  • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team
  • Good understanding of BI concepts (ETL, Data Mart, Data Warehouse, Data Lake), practical work experience beneficial
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Experience applying and implementing Agile frameworks in traditional environments as for example having project management experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills up to C-Level and strong stakeholder management skills in global and complex contexts
  • Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
