Client Maintenance Officer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Perform the documentation updates process within the agreed SLA to minimize disruption and qualitatively enhance the client experience, while reducing risk for the Bank
- Ensure that the business is compliant with all Bank policies and local requirements
- Keep the rejection rate to the minimum by ensuring the right level of communication with the Front Office and other key stakeholders
- Ensure that quality control checks are passed
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Enter data into various databases and check to ensure the accuracy of the data inputted
- Perform remediation exercises as requested, including remediation of digital and physical records
Main qualifications
- AML/KYC and onboarding skills
- CDB and OBA FINMA understanding
- Strong and proven organizational skills, including prioritization
- Strong risk and controls awareness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with focus on influential skills and listening to Stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Law preferred
- Deep knowledge of the different structures open within the Wealth Management industry
- Sound understanding of KYC/AML fields
- Fluency in English essential; French and any additional language skills would be an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular with Word and Excel
