Product Owner (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Act as the customer liaison during analysis (AGILE Product Owner role)
- Define together with the customer the Requirements, and design the activities; maintaining an understanding of a broad range of business processes and related systems
- Gather and review existing technical documentation, and transform existing technical documentation into a standardized format
- Provide general customer support for assigned products (mechanical & electrical)
- Work with product manager, other SME’s and technical staff to perform effective root-cause analysis and resolution
Main qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required
- Demonstrated analytical capability; able to switch effortlessly between business and technical terminology
- Advanced knowledge of the construction industry with a focus on structural engineering
- Mechanical and electrical understanding
- Experience in Software development
