IT Project Manager - CRM vacancy requiring profound CRM knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Adhering to the company's governance process and project management methodology combined with planning, scheduling and tracking project timelines and milestones
- Defining project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior business users and stakeholders as well as leading requirements workshops
- Coordinating input from architecture, platform managers and procurement to define and procure the solution
- Working closely with vendors and internal teams to coordinate the delivery of project outcomes while also prioritizing backlogs and removing blockers or ambiguity
- Leading the definition of and gain endorsement for the implementation approach and managing execution plus being responsible for financial planning and monitoring and change management
- Identifying and tracking dependencies, driving collaboration between delivery teams and preparing regular status reports for steering committee and other governance forums
Your experience/knowledge:
- 8+ years of experience in a project management and business analysis capacity, supporting projects in the Business and technical areas
- Expertise in the implementation of Customer Relationship Management platforms combined with familiarity with agile methodology in project management
- A thorough understanding of working with technologies like MS Dynamics, SharePoint and Backlog management
- University degree in a business, digital or technology related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- English, fluent in written and spoken

- Well-versed with working and managing many stakeholders at the same time plus confidence to take initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders at different levels and external vendors
