Business Analyst - Employee Benefits vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Gathering business requirements from the relevant business functions and driving signoffs from the management stakeholders
- Translating selected business requirements into meaningful work packages and activities
- Producing requirement specifications and outlining solution design documents throughout the projects life cycle, incorporating change requests as well as finalisation of requirements documentation
- Elaborating the implementation plan considering the different applications involved, other ongoing project initiatives and all internal and external stakeholders
- Driving and coordinating implementation, defining test strategy and performing the SIT tests before the solution is submitted to business users as well as ensuring proper business user testing
Your experience/knowledge:
- 8+ years of work experience in the given field paired with previous experience of working in an agile development environment
- 5+ years of practice in projects including 3+ years as a Business Analyst
- Excellent business analysis expertise in planning, conducting and facilitating workshops with experienced business users and technical experts from different functions
- Ability to communicate effectively through different mediums at all levels with the capability to conduct stakeholder management in a complex environment
- Fluent English, written and verbally
